Are we even surprised that Cat & The Fiddle is in this list? This Halal-certified bakery is basically built on cheesecakes. Founded by Daniel Tay, Cat & The Fiddle does not disappoint when it comes to gourmet cheesecakes.
Their rendition of the basque burnt cheesecake, Charred Eclipse (S$48.90), is entroved with Martabak cheese, which gives the cake a slightly tangy finish.

Spearheaded by Jacqueline, Caked With Love specialises in customisable cakes and baking classes. They’ve cheated a little with the addition of berries to their cheesecake, which instantly levels up its otherwise monotonous appearance.
But, the fruits aren’t just for show. The tartness of the berries cleverly cuts through the heaviness of the cream cheese, giving it a superbly balanced profile.

Elements is none other than the sister bakery of Fresh Fruits Lab, Platform 1094 and Herit8ge. Their bakes are all the product of their esteemed pastry chef, Jason, who’s armed with training from renowned chefs in Ritz Carlton and Star Cruise.
Their Basque Burnt Cheesecake (S$39) is a stellar piece of art — a gooey centre draped in a charred blanket. They sell it as a 6-inch whole cake, and requires at least a 3 days advanced order.

Well-versed in the art of European breads and pastries, Enjoue Bakery offers a wondrous take on the basque burnt cheesecake (S$28). Three, in fact — Classic Vanilla Bean; Fresh Blueberries & 72% Dark Chocolate.

It’ll be a long time coming before we get to hit the beach again. But, Keong Saik Bakery is bringing the waves to you with their latest Seashore Burnt Cheesecake.
This two-layered cake marries the gentle tones of earl grey with the vibrancy of the blue pea flower. If you’re not really into that, their Durian Burnt Cheesecake will beg for your attention.

Home bakeries have been soaring on the waves of this period and Melted Bakehouse is no exception. Their burnt cheesecakes come in three outfits — Classic, Forest and Chocolate, and in two sizes — 6 inches or 8 inches.

This cake has got everybody talking. Playing more like a tart than a cake, Olivia Restaurant’s version is encased in a buttery almond sable crust.
Enthroned within is an oozey lava centre, the kind that makes your heart melt a little on the inside. Here’s the twist — they’ve spiked it with Valdeon cheese, a.k.a. Spanish blue cheese.

If The Kins’ had to pick their one signature dish, it would be the Burnt Cheesecake. Their cheesecake selection is limited, with only two flavours — original (S$8) and houjicha (S$8.50). But. they sure are great at it.
Their cheesecakes have a silky molten centre and slightly firmer sides, granting a delicious play on textures. Orders above S$50 can enjoy free delivery.
